About Us

Our Grange is the focal point of the Pleasant Valley and the surrounding communities. It’s a place in which to share ideas, learn, enjoy and to share good times with new friends as well as old in work and play.

A place where the community can come together under one roof for social, community, and educational endivers.   We are truly a family-friendly organization with an outstanding facility serving a membership that reflects some of the very best people you would ever hope to meet.

As America’s first agricultural fraternity the Grange organization was originally established in 1867 as a grass roots effort after the destructive and divisive Civil War.  Rising from the fields and farmlands on common ground to heal and support each other, work together and honor traditional values.

Our Pleasant Valley Grange was established on October 1, 1938 and has a long history in our community for service, support, and fellowship.  All are invited to join us.

As a member of the Grange each member has the opportunity to help formulate community, state, and national policies.  Those 14 years and older are eligible for full membership and each member has one vote.  The National Grange allows each local Grange to conduct its own affairs in their community.

There is a lot of personal fulfillment in being a Grange member in knowing that you are making a difference in your community; That you are a part of a fun family-friendly organization where old and young share alike; You can receive discounts on products and services; but more than all that…You have the comfort of knowing that as a Grange member, you will never be alone.
