Hall Rental

The hall rents for $35 per hour or $300 for the day.

A $500,000 liability policy needs to be acquired with the Grange listed as additionally insured for the day. (Usually a person can get this through their home owner's insurance for no or little cost).

A cleaning deposit is required of $250, fully refundable if the hall is left in the same condition as it was acquired.

The deposit is $350 if alcohol is to be served for the event.

If the subject of the rental is under 21, then no alcohol is allowed at the event (i.e. a wedding and one of the participants is under 21, then no alcohol; even a baptism and the child is the subject of the event - no alcohol).
